Lost Dutchman Maternity Photo Shoot, Phoenix, AZ Brianna

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful model for this styled shoot. Sometimes you just have to shoot for yourself. I have been dying to shoot at Lost Dutchman and heard from many that the best time is sunrise and what a better time to do a sunrise session then the Summer in Phoenix. Have to beat that heat somehow. So I wanted to keep it simple because I believe thats the best. I woke up at 3 am and we made it there by 430.  I know its far. But totally worth it. I shoot in the desert all the time but wanted to find a different type of desert and needed to shoot that beautiful mountain.
Brianna was a rock star! Not only waking up so early but she is a natural with her hair and makeup. I normally highly recommend someone getting it done professionally but she’s one of the few who know how to do their makeup. Maybe she can teach me.
The sun did decide to to play a game of hide and go seek with us when it came over the mountain with the clouds. But finally when it did, it was epic.

I’ve definitely been indulging in donuts, but I’ve also remained very active. As a personal trainer, it’s very important for me to exercise. I also just love the gym. There is something very empowering about working out and being pregnant. You sort of feel like Wonder Woman!
I can’t wait to meet my son. It is the strangest thing to love someone you haven’t met yet, and the anticipation is killing me.”
