I was so excited for Meg & Steve’s wedding day. She had booked me a year prior and I just knew their wedding day was going to be beautiful. Their love for each other and their beautiful daughter Sevi just shines. It was a beautiful day in Scottsdale for a wedding. The weather had been crazy for Phoenix the weeks prior but we got lucky to have the seventy degree weather we had.

I’m a sucker for couples who write their own vows. It just adds such a sweet personal touch. Here are theirs.
Steven, Ever since our second date, I knew, I just knew that you were the one, the one I must spend my life with. Our courtship has been the happiest period of my life because, in that time, you became not just my lover and companion, but also my best friend. We have chosen each other and fought for each other and today and the rest of my days I will choose this life of adventure with you. As we stand here today with all the people we both love so dearly I promise you my deepest love, my fullest devotion and most tender care through all the pressures of the present, and all the uncertainties of the future. I vow to respect you, to love you, to be faithful to you, to commit myself to you and support you not just today but every day forward. I promise to have the patience that love demands, and a heart that is always ready to ask for forgiveness, as well as to forgive. I promise to laugh with you in good times, to struggle and support you in the bad. I promise to always stay playful and giddy with you, help you find things that you claimed you’ve looked all over for them. We always say about we can’t wait for the one day we can look back at the family we created and all the love that will surround us and I truly can’t wait to grow old with you and to look back at our lives and think this is what life is all about. I love you and you are my husband for all time.”

“Megan, My love, my everything, the mother of the best daughter a guy could ever ask for. This is it, this is the day we become one, forever and ever. In front of all our family and friends we say I do. Man and wife, pheww, can you believe it? You’re one lucky lady, got this guy for life. You know I couldn’t write this without just being me a little. They say having a baby and getting married are two of the best days in a mans life. So far they are not wrong. You look more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, who would of thought that tinder would have led to this one day. You are the right to my wrong, my compass when I’m lost, my anchor when I get tossed. And when I fall down your arms save me from the ground, you make loving me look so easy and with every single breath I have until my last breath I will love you just the same. I will be the rock that you need when you need it. Our life’s may have started but they are just beginning together as one. There is no one else Id rather take on this world with than you. SO lets reach for the stars, to the furthest galaxy’s and beyond and make the best of every moment, every kiss, every touch, every breath, every single good thing in life that life has to offer and lets do it together as man and wife. I love you more than any of these words could ever describe. So enough of this let’s do the damn thing already.”
