This Desert Elopement wasn’t intended as that at first but i’m so glad Michelle & David decided to go forward with it as that. I remember getting the text one Friday afternoon that they were going to have to cancel their wedding due to the Corona virus. Their guest were unable to make it and my heart sank. What a horrible thing for a couple to have to go through right now. I prayed there could be a way around it so they could still get married. Michelle was so positive during this whole process. To see the good in a situation during this difficult, unforeseen time was beautiful. It was my honor to help with anything I could to make it as easy and beautiful as it could be. Dana with The Floral Theory was amazing too. She has beautiful ideas. Just shows at the end of the day love wins. Love isn’t canceled.
“When we began dating we connected over our love for family, commitment to social justice, and ability to support one another through challenges and celebrate successes. Our love for one another has been developed through balance and partnership. As we celebrated our elopement we focused on reflecting on our love for another and honoring the moment as a commitment to continue to work as partners throughout life. We are blessed to have a relationship where we value love, compassion, and commitment to continue to grow individually and within our relationship.” – Michelle
